Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at fenderbridalwear@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that you will be responsible for the courier costs to return the package to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (Made-to-your-measurement garments for buy or hire). We only do returns on veils and other ready made items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We unfortunately do not offer returns on earrings or other jewellery items as it is a made-to-order product. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Hiring Garments Policy

- We can only reserve a hiring item 12 months in advance.

-Your garment will be couriered or can be collected at our studio 7 days before your wedding day and returned at latest 7 days after the event. 

- If the garment is stolen/lost /damaged or stained beyond repair you will be hold liable for the full value of the dress. 

- When hiring a dress we need a copy of your ID as well as a R2000 deposit that will be paid back to you after you have returned the dress and we have inspected the condition of it.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded via EFT. Please provide us with your banking details for us to do this transaction. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
